44bdt Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 44bdt platform, including its website, mobile-optimised web application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). 44bdt is an online casino and sports betting service operated for the enjoyment of adult players in Bangladesh. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and 44bdt ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Use of the 44bdt Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements. By accessing the Platform you represent and warrant that:

• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform, nor have you been identified by 44bdt as a prohibited user for reasons including fraud, collusion, or breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or affiliate of 44bdt, nor a close family member of any such individual. Employees and their immediate family members may not hold player accounts or participate in promotional offers.

44bdt reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to ineligible individuals will be immediately suspended, any winnings forfeited, and remaining balances returned subject to KYC verification.

To access the full range of services on 44bdt, you must register a personal account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited; if duplicates are identified, 44bdt reserves the right to close all but one and void any associated transactions. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact details. You must keep this information up to date at all times.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share these credentials with any third party.
• All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 44bdt customer support immediately at [email protected].
• 44bdt may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals or at any time it deems appropriate for compliance or security purposes. Acceptable documents include national ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• 44bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account containing false, inaccurate, or unverifiable information, and to void any transactions or winnings associated with that account.

Players in Bangladesh may register and transact using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or local bank transfer. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 44bdt does not charge account registration fees; however, payment service providers may apply their own transaction charges.

44bdt accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment transactions are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stipulated for each payment method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, subject to KYC verification status and security checks.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment or bank accounts registered in the same name as the 44bdt player account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Any funds deposited in error or in excess of intended amounts may be refunded upon written request to customer support, subject to any applicable wagering requirement adjustments.

44bdt offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal campaign rewards tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated when the offer is presented:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to complete the rollover within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• The 44bdt welcome bonus allows new players to claim up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit, credited on a percentage-match basis as specified in the current promotion terms. Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, and per IP address is permitted.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash before the rollover requirement is met, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 44bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses that a player has already validly claimed and for which rollover is already in progress.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated strategies to circumvent rollover conditions, or engaging in bonus-hunting behaviour — will have their bonuses forfeited and may have their accounts permanently suspended.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotional offer are credited in batches as specified per promotion. Winnings from free spins are subject to the rollover requirement stated in the relevant promotion terms before they may be withdrawn.

Players must use the 44bdt Platform in a lawful and responsible manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to use the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated action between players intended to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform's systems for unfair gain.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players, including automated betting or data scraping.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, security systems, or game logic in any way.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at 44bdt staff or other players, whether through customer support channels, live chat, or any other communication medium associated with the Platform.

44bdt employs real-time fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment providers and law enforcement agencies to investigate and act on prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in any of the above will have their accounts closed and balances forfeited without recourse.

All content on the 44bdt Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 44bdt or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of 44bdt.

Game content provided by third-party suppliers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective suppliers. 44bdt operates these games under licence agreements with those suppliers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44bdt, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in game software, even if 44bdt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

44bdt makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In all cases, 44bdt's maximum aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 44bdt account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

44bdt is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options to help players maintain control of their gambling activity. Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their lives are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools and to seek support from our customer care team.

Once a self-exclusion is in effect, the player's account will be suspended for the requested period and no marketing communications will be sent during that time. 44bdt processes self-exclusion requests promptly and treats them with the utmost seriousness.

Players may close their account at any time by contacting 44bdt customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned via the player's registered payment method, subject to KYC verification. Accounts cannot be closed while a self-exclusion is active unless the player is requesting permanent closure.

44bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false or misleading registration information; suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or any conduct that 44bdt reasonably deems harmful to the Platform, its players, or its business operations.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 44bdt Platform that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team shall be subject to binding arbitration. 44bdt aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and transparently. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and endeavour to provide a full response within 14 calendar days.

44bdt reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of the page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

Your continued use of the 44bdt Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11 above.
